Company Policy

All appointments must be secured with a deposit.

This will range from £50–£15 depending on the treatment booked.

This will be non-refundable.

For cancellations less than 48 hrs prior, the deposit will be lost.

If you fail to attend a free botulinum toxin review appointment, you will not be offered another free of charge.

This also applies to cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.

You will need to pay £50 to rebook.

Please appreciate I also teach, so time is limited.

We understand sometimes you need to change your appointment.

This will not affect your deposit if you give us at least 48 hrs notice.
